The blasts exploded among spectators crowded into the stadium at around 11pm on Friday evening as they watched the local “Ramadan Cup”, the provincial governor’s office said. Officials on April 30 said a suicide bomber on a motorcycle blew himself up in the Shashdarak area near buildings of the NDS intelligence service. A second blast followed shortly thereafter, police said.
