Hazara killing, Conspiracy or Security failure

The killing of 11 miners belonging to the minority Hazara community has sparked anger and public outrage across Pakistan. The heirs of the deceased have kept their dead bodies on the road as a protest. Hazara community have refused to bury the bodies till the arrival of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
