صومالیہ میں حملے کا ہدف ترک فوجی اڈہ تھا، حکام

موغا دیشو میں واقع اس فوجی اڈے کا افتتاح 30 ستمبر کو ہوا تھا اور یہ بیرونِ ملک واقع ترکی کا سب سے بڑا فوجی اڈہ ہے۔

صومالیہ کے انٹیلی جنس حکام نے کہا ہے کہ گزشتہ ہفتے دارالحکومت موغا دیشو میں ہونے والے خوف ناک بم دھماکے کا ہدف ترکی کا وہ فوجی اڈہ تھا جس کا افتتاح حال ہی میں ہوا ہے۔
صومالی انٹیلی جنس کے ایک اعلیٰ اہلکار نے وائس آف امریکہ کو بتایا ہے کہ ہفتے کو ہونے والے حملے سے قبل اور بعد میں ملنے والی انٹیلی جنس اطلاعات سے ظاہر ہواہے کہ دہشت گرد موغا دیشو میں واقع ترک فوجی اڈہ کو نشانہ بنانا چاہتے تھے۔
اہلکار نے وی او اے کو بتایا کہ ترک اڈہ حملہ آوروں کا اسٹریٹجک ہدف تھا کیوں کہ اس کے نتیجے میں صومالی فوج کو منظم کرنے میں مدد ملے گی اور دہشت گرد ایسا ہونے سے قبل ہی اسے تباہ کرنا چاہ رہے تھے۔
ہفتے کو موغا دیشو کے ایک مرکزی چوراہے پر ہونے والے اس ٹرک بم حملے میں اب تک 300 سے زائد افراد کی ہلاکت کی تصدیق ہوچکی ہے جب کہ 300 سے زائد افراد زخمی ہیں۔
خانہ جنگی کا شکار صومالیہ کی تاریخ میں یہ سب سے ہلاکت خیز حملہ تھا جس کے درجنوں شدید زخمیوں کو علاج کے لیے خصوصی طیارے کے ذریعے ترکی منتقل کیا گیا ہے۔
صومالی اہلکار نے وائس آف امریکہ کو بتایا ہے کہ حملے سے قبل صومالیہ کی نیشنل انٹیلی جنس اور سکیورٹی ایجنسی کو یہ اطلاع ملی تھی کہ دہشت گرد تنظیم الشباب ترک اڈے پر حملے کی منصوبہ بندی کر رہی ہے۔
موغا دیشو میں واقع اس فوجی اڈے کا افتتاح 30 ستمبر کو ہوا تھا اور یہ بیرونِ ملک واقع ترکی کا سب سے بڑا فوجی اڈہ ہے۔
پانچ کروڑ ڈالر کی لاگت سے بننے والے اس فوجی اڈے میں رہائشی بیرکیں، تربیتی مراکز، میدان اور قید خانے شامل ہیں جہاں تعینات 200 ترک فوجی افسران صومالی فوج کے 10 ہزار اہلکاروں کو تربیت دے رہے ہیں۔
ٹرک بم حملے کی ترکی کے صدر رجب طیب ایردوان سمیت ان کی حکومت کے کئی اعلیٰ عہدیداران نے سخت مذمت کی ہے اور صومالیہ کی حکومت کے ساتھ تعاون جاری رکھنے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
حملے کے بعد ترکی کے وزیرِ صحت ترک ڈاکٹروں اور طبی عملے کی ایک ٹیم کے ساتھ موغا دیشو پہنچے تھےجہاں ترک عملہ بھی زخمیوں کے علاج معالجے میں مصروف ہے۔
ترکی کے نائب وزیرِاعظم مہدی احمد کے مطابق اب تک 40 شدید زخمیوں کو ترک حکومت کی جانب سے بھیجے جانے والے خصوصی طیارے کے ذریعے انقرہ منتقل کیا جاچکا ہے جب کہ مزید زخمیوں کو لینے کے لیے طیارہ دوبارہ موغا دیشو بھیجا جارہا ہے۔
