دہلی جامع مسجد کے امام مولانا سید احمد بخاری اور کئی دوسروں نے آرٹ آف لیونگ فاؤنڈیشن کے بانی اور روحانی راہنما شری شری روی شنکر کے اس متنازعہ بیان کی شديد مذمت کی ہے کہ اگر بابری مسجد رام مندر تنازع کو جلد از جلد حل نہ کیا گیا تو بھارت شام بن جائے گا اور یہاں خانہ جنگی شروع ہو جائے گی۔
روی شنکر نے اپنے بیان میں مسلمانوں سے یہ اپیل بھی کی وہ بابری مسجد کی جگہ ہندوؤں کو تحفے میں دے دیں۔

احمد بخاری نے وزیر اعظم نریندر مودی سے سوال کیا کہ کیا وہ اس بیان سے متفق ہیں اور کیا یہ بیان ملک کے امن و امان کے لیے خطرناک نہیں ہے۔ انہوں نے اس معاملے پر حکومت کی خاموشی پر بھی سوال اٹھایا۔
مولانا احمد بخاری نے کہا کہ یہ بیان کسی کو بھڑکانے والا اور مسلمانوں کو دھمکانے والا ہے۔ وہ مسلمانوں کو براہ راست دھمکی دے رہے ہیں۔ لیکن انہیں معلوم ہونا چاہیے کہ مسلمان ان دھمکیوں سے ڈرنے والے نہیں ہیں۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ اگر ایسا بیان کسی مسلم شخصیت نے دیا ہوتا تو اب تک چاروں طرف ہنگامہ مچ گیا ہوتا۔ لیکن ان کے بیان پر خاموشی کیوں ہے۔
احمد بخاری نے مزید کہا کہ ایسا محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ اس معاملے میں روی شنکر کو حکومت کی تائید حاصل ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ مطالبہ کہ مسلمان متنازع جگہ ہندوؤں کو تحفتاً دے دیں، ناقابل قبول ہے۔
ایک سینیر وکیل محمود پراچہ نے بھی ان کے بیان کو دہشت گردی کی حوصلہ افزائی والا قرار دیا۔ انہوں نے مطالبہ کیا کہ شری شری کو گرفتار کرکے جیل میں ڈالنا چاہیے کیونکہ وہ دہشت گردی والا بیان دے رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ یہ بیان کہ ہم اس معاملے میں سپریم کورٹ کا حکم نہیں مانیں گے توہین عدالت کے زمرے میں آتا ہے۔
آل انڈیا مجلس اتحاد المسلمین کے صدر اور رکن پارلیمنٹ اسد الدین اویسی نے بھی بیان کی مذمت کی اور کہا کہ وہ ان کے خلاف شکایت کریں گے۔ انہوں نے بی جے پی سے پوچھا کہ کیا وہ اس بیان سے متفق ہے۔

کانگریس نے اس بیان کو افسوسناک قرار دیا۔
روی شنکر نے وضاحت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ان کا مقصد کسی کو دھمکی دینا نہیں تھا بلکہ انہوں نے خدشہ ظاہر کیا ہے کہ ایسے حالات پیدا ہو سکتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے انڈیا ٹوڈے اور دیگر میڈیا اداروں کو انٹرویو دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ اگر مسلمان متنازع جگہ ہندوؤں کے حوالے نہیں کریں گے تو ملک میں خانہ جنگی شروع ہو جائے گی۔
انہوں نے آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ کے نام ایک خط میں بھی اس خدشے کا اظہار کیا اور مسلمانوں سے اپنی اس اپیل کا اعادہ کیا کہ وہ بابری مسجد کی جگہ ہندوؤں کو دے دیں۔
ان کا یہ بھی کہنا ہے کہ اگر عدالت نے کوئی فیصلہ دیا یا حکومت نے قانون بنا کر اس مسئلے کو حل کرنے کی کوشش کی تو ملک میں بڑے پیمانے پر فرقہ وارانہ فسادات ہو سکتے ہیں۔ خیال رہے کہ روی شنکر ایک عرصے سے اس مسئلے کو عدالت سے باہر حل کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔
