2018-Bloody Year and Afghan Country Election

The recent attack in Kabul Voter Center was the sixth major attack in which 57 people killed, From the start of the year till now in six major attacks, 250 people killed. This new bloody terror could affect the Election.

Kabul hit 6th major attack this Year, this new terror layer raises in very sensitive time because the recent attack on Kabul voter registration center in which 57 people killed and dozen critical injured. Was a sample of the future terror map. how they can affect the election is a Big Question.? The Afghan government and security agencies fail to bring peace. Past four months was very hard because of tow big attacks in the middle of the capital show the capabilities of Afghan forces that they have no capabilities of Counterterrorism.

The country has many Challenges but the big challenges are the decision-making vacuum afghan leadership has not a clear and effective policy against Taliban, they till fail to bring Taliban and other insurgents into the table talk.In Strate of the year president, Ashraf Ghani calls on Taliban that they join the political process, He also brings Hekmatyar and his Party hisb-i-Islami, finish charging against him and his worker. He signs a Treaty with Hekmatyar under that treaty government free his worker. In the first meeting, Hikmatyar and he call on Taliban to stop the war.

Many experts say that Hikmatyar can,t bring Taliban to Peace table because the ground reality is different now so the tactic of Ashraf Ghani for bringing peace is currently seeing failed but only one positive sign that is itself that Hekmatyar and his party are now in Legal from work.

In sidelines, Afghanistan, Russia, China, Iran, Pakistan trying to Bring Taliban to the table and bring peace to the region. But these multilateral struggle for peace not possible in an Urgent this is very slow and long-term process.

So we can easily understand that Afghanistan election was held at very bad times, lets now the government should think about Plan B because now time to resumed Plan A.Plaan A is long-term test game, now time to prepare himself for T20 because Afghanistan needs tighter security plan for successive election.grommet  should resume the peace talks till the election and new government .

The Country has new Democracy if in the early age there is something occurs this will be the lead nation to the hill.
